The “Meet Cuicui” travel photography experience hall has two storefronts in Fenghuang Ancient Town, with a total area of over 2,000 square meters and over 5,000 pieces of unique ethnic costumes.
Liu Yang, manager of the store, said that there have been more and more overseas groups coming for shooting recently, and the number exceeded 10,000 in the first quarter of this year.
He added that their diversified products could meet the shooting needs of tourists at all ages from home and abroad. They would carefully introduce Fenghuang’s most distinctive clothing and Internet-famous attractions to foreign tourists.
“I saw information about Fenghuang Ancient Town on my social media, so I came to the town to wear Miao ethnic costumes and take photos,” said a Thai tourist dressed in exquisite ethnic clothing and makeup, who enjoyed the beautiful scenery of the ancient town while experiencing the unique charm of the local ethnic culture.
Xu said: “The night view of Fenghuang Ancient Town must be more beautiful, and I can’t wait to admire it.”
Fenghuang Ancient Town, with a total area of about 4.39 square kilometers, nestles at the foot of a mountain and near a river. The ancient Miao buildings on both sides are made of blue bricks and gray tiles.
In recent years, Fenghuang Ancient Town has worked to improve the tourism environment, to standardize the tourism market, and to improve tourism service facilities.
At the beginning of this year, Fenghuang Ancient Town was rated as a national 5A tourist attraction, and Tongren Fenghuang Airport was officially opened to the public.
The number of foreign tourists visiting Fenghuang Ancient Town continued to increase. It received 54,965 inbound tourists in the first quarter of this year, an increase of 68 times compared to the same period last year.
